Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order and a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

2. Shipping Carriers

PrintsWizard ships via the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier used for your order depends on package size, weight, and delivery destination.

3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the ship date, not the order date:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $50 | $4.99 for orders under $50
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

Note: These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

4. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more (before taxes) shipped within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for large orders. Small items (ink cartridges) may ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com).

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

PrintsWizard is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Contact us at contact@printswizard.live and we will assist in filing a claim on your behalf.

8. Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@printswizard.live with your order number and photos.
