Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Original packaging, manuals, and all included accessories must be present.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Ink cartridges and toner that have been opened or installed are NOT eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened ink cartridges or toner cartridges (unless defective).
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ on the product page.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or modification.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at contact@printswizard.live with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  • Step 4: Ship the item to: 335 W 47th ST, Miami, Florida, United States 33140

Do NOT send returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product): we cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. PrintsWizard is not responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at contact@printswizard.live with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective/damaged item. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the return is confirmed.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@printswizard.live. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement at your choice.
