Warranty Information

This page explains warranty coverage for products purchased from PrintsWizard (printswizard.live), in compliance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and FTC warranty disclosure requirements
Important: PrintsWizard is an independent authorized reseller of HP products. We are not HP Inc. Manufacturer warranties are provided by HP Inc., not by PrintsWizard.
1. HP Manufacturer Warranty
All HP products sold by PrintsWizard are brand new and covered by HP Inc.’s standard manufacturer warranty. HP’s warranty typically covers:
- HP Printers: 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase (some models include extended options).
- HP Ink Cartridges: Covered until the end-of-warranty date printed on the cartridge or until ink runs out, whichever comes first.
- HP Toner Cartridges: 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
- HP Paper & Media: Covered against defects in materials and workmanship.
To claim HP’s manufacturer warranty, visit hp.com/support or call HP customer support directly. You will need your product serial number and proof of purchase.
2. PrintsWizard Seller Guarantee
In addition to HP’s manufacturer warranty, PrintsWizard offers:
- 30-Day Return Window: Return any product within 30 days if it is defective or does not match the product description. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
- Authenticity Guarantee: All products sold are genuine HP products. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished, or third-party compatible items unless clearly labeled.
- Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy: If a product is defective upon arrival, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or full refund.
3. What Voids Warranty
The following actions may void the HP manufacturer warranty:
- Using third-party or non-genuine HP ink/toner in an HP printer.
- Physical damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications.
- Attempting to repair the product outside of an HP-authorized service center.
- Removing or altering product serial numbers or labels.

THE WARRANTIES DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTSWIZARD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
